Biography

Noelle North is a California native, and has been a profession since she was 17 years old. A veteran actress, dancer & voice-over artist who has performed on stage, TV, film and radio. Dance has always been her first love, performing on the Ed Sullivan Show, Las Vegas stage, The Academy Awards and in the movie, Geppetto starring Drew Carey.  

Acting as a professional teenager she was in the original Carrie as well as featured in Farewell, My Lovely with Robert Mitchum and Report to the Commissioner with Michael Moriarity (also appearing with Richard Gere).  Acting in numerous TV shows both on-camera and voice-over, including special baby cries & sounds in Cheers, Home Improvement and Roseanne, as well as voicing Mary Kate & Ashley in Full House.  Among her credits are the animation series, The Smurfs, Disney’s Adventures of the Gummi Bears, The Legend of Prince Valiant, Rug Rats, Blinkins, Mighty Orbots, Jem and others .

Ms. North is also a founding member of the sketch comedy group LaughWorks.

 Ms North has been a longtime member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences(ATAS) and has served as a Blue Ribbon Panel Judge for the Emmy Awards.

Currently, a Professor of Dance at Pasadena City College and teaches private dance/ballroom lessons.

Jack Frost marked her debut for choreographic collaboration on a new ballet. Noelle North has narrated the original ballet, The Snow Queen, performed by California Contemporary Ballet Company for 10 years.

Noelle North is happily married to Michael Norris since December 1979.
